Boost is a special type of energy that dramatically increases a dragon's movement speed and bite power for all non-Legendary dragons. Every dragon has boost. It is represented by a yellow bar directly underneath the health meter. Boost is in all installments of Hungry Dragon and other Hungry games.
The total amount of Boost can be increased by pets. During Fire Rush, Boost automatically and rapidly fills up even when boosting, so it is best to constantly be boosting during Fire Rush.
On Legendary dragons, the name "Boost" is replaced with their respective special ability, and boosting causes the dragon to use their ability instead. Pets that increase the amount of available boost will instead increase the amount of available power.
